The threshold of Good Union Bar and Bistro is an invitation: stepping across it is the chance to explore the creative world of craft beer and cider, learn how to best pair and enjoy it – and have a bloody good time in the process.
An immediate icon on the Cambridge landscape, the Good George Brewery’s flagship is housed in a heritage church – coated in history and known for years for its various shades of pink paint. Hot pink doors now frame the entrance to the crisp white space. Layering the brand’s trademark playfulness with the old-world charm that’s built into the walls, lead-light windows line the bar, and an antique staircase to the mezzanine coated in neon paint, and bespoke murals are found throughout.
